Our Apartment

This delightful and quiet apartment in Rome Trastevere, is located at the 4th floor of a old tipical building in this area without elevator, and overlooking a nice internal gardens and lofts, it has an amazing view on Gianicolo Hill. It's composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a really big quadruple room with blink bed, a bathroom with tube and a useful kitchen full-fornitured with a dining table up to 6 for unforgettables roman meals with the friends. All rooms furnished with taste and elegance, available in shades of red and gray, designed to ensure a relaxing stay in a cozy atmosphere , will give you the feeling of living in an vintage atmosphere, but with all the amenities needed to satisfy the needs of our "new friends". The flat is well located close to the Botanic Gardens, the famous Palazzo Corsini and Villa Farnesina, at a few minutes walking from the amazing Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere and nearby the famous Piazza Trilussa. Crossing the River Tevere, you'll easily reach after a few steps, Campo de'Fiori. On the other side, only 10 minutes walking distance you will arrive to S.Peter Church and Vatican Museums.

Guest Access

Clients during the check-in time will be provide with the keys of the apartment, to be completely indipendent, respecting privacy and comfort.
All the guest will have a map and all the advise they need for their staying to feel like at home: tours, restaurants, shopping, vineries, night life, museums, spa & massages, and unconventionals tips.

Other Things to Note

Minimum staying 4 nights.
Check-in: from 12 to 6pm
Check out: from 8am to 11am
For arrivals after 6pm will be charged the amount of 15 euro for the call out of hours fixed.
Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
For stays longer than a week, cleaning rooms, change of linen and towels will be every 4 days.

House Rules

In case of damage to objects and/or people inside the apartment or in the building,
"Le Fate Apartments" reserves the right to claim damages based on the estimate certification and the amount of damage will be charged; also we reserve the possibility of removing the host.
It's forbidden, for reasons of precaution and legal to introduce within the facility and rooms, strangers and friends, who are not already registered as guests.
